We are available most days from 8:30am to 4:30pm (New York time), except around the lunch hour. We employ an answering machine which picks up on the fifth ring. So, if you wish to speak personally with Harriet or Frank, simply hang up after the fourth ring. Otherwise, please leave your message slowly including your telephone number. Our office schedule is subject to daily change as we are heavily involved in our children's school activities and adjust our working hours to meet their needs, concerts, games, etc.
