SHIPPING and INSURANCE: All orders sent to the United States in small and medium envelopes, please add $6.50 for shipping and private insurance. Postage will be more on large envelopes, collections and bulky lots. On all Overseas orders, the actual Airmail postage (variable) and Registration fee (now $13) are added. TIME PAYMENTS: Payment for any order over $250 may be made with 40% down and the balance in two monthly installments. Stamps are sent after the final payment is received.
