After World War I, Hungary was punished by having 2/3 of its territory ceded to other nations. Some native Patriots decided to keep part of this land and one of the men involved (Mr. Pronay) is shown on the 20f brown and 10k green stamps above. When we showed this grouping to a colleague in Hungary, he informed us that "these are hard to find." So we are very pleased offer this group of 20 stamps at a modest price. (Some seemingly duplicated values in the scan above are actually on different paper.)
