Panes of96 additional Orchid Stamps were issued in two Booklets of 48 stamps each similar to the first Orchid Booklets issue. Panes of 1 stamp were stapled together in sheet margins and glued together in the margins. The covers of the third and fourth booklets issued are inscribed VOLUME I / SERIES II and VOLUME II / SERIES II. These intact booklets are surprisingly scarce for an issue only 20 years old. The reason? The vast majority of these booklets were destroyed to get certain values which were only issued in these booklets!
