YEAR SET: 1991 PT2

We have discovered another Special Folder for 1991. This Folder contains a numbered Perf and Imperf Souvenir Sheet (4,000 exist). The four stamps in the S/S depict a Butterfly, a Beach Scene, a Tourism View and a Red Cross Symbol.
